“I loved my experience at the small business Empire Mattress Store. They had a nice salesman that didn't pressure you, but explained alot about the diffferent mattresses. It really helped us narrow down our choice. The prices are fantastic also. Priced some mattresses elsewhere and came back fast. The delivery was on time and the delivery man was very very accomadating. He would have set up the bed if needed. I really would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed!” -

“They are nice right up until you decide to buy something. Then it goes downhill. Hidden fees, i had missing parts, customer service is horrible, especially the manager who always avoids calls. The quality is horrible! Please be warned, a huge rip-off and no respect for people.” -

“I ordered a sofa from Jennifer Convertibles in July. The delivery date kept getting pushed back further and further, despite my taking days off of work to sit home and wait for deliveries that never happened. Finally showed up in October and was torn down one side. 2 months later they sent the repairman to fix the tear. The stress and terrible customer service make their cheap prices NOT WORTH IT! ”
